About the Role
As an IT Support Technician, you will help diagnose and resolve everyday technology issues for customers. Depending on the situation, support may be provided remotely or onsite.
The role can involve working with computers, software, networks, Wi-Fi, devices, printers, and other technology used by homes and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot computer, software, and device issues
- Provide remote and onsite IT support
- Diagnose network and Wi-Fi connectivity problems
- Assist with device setup and configuration
- Support business and residential technology environments
- Identify technical issues and recommend practical solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers about problems and next steps
- Document work and follow through on support requests

StablePoint IT is looking for a Low-Voltage Technician to support the installation and maintenance of technology infrastructure for customers across Northern California.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and is comfortable working with cabling, networking equipment, security cameras, and related technology systems.
About the Role
As a Low-Voltage Technician, you will help install, configure, test, and maintain low-voltage technology systems in residential and business environments.
The work may include network cabling, connectivity infrastructure, security camera systems, and other technology installations provided by StablePoint IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and route network and low-voltage cabling
- Assist with network infrastructure installations
- Install and configure security camera systems
- Mount and connect technology equipment
- Test connections and installed equipment
- Troubleshoot cabling and connectivity issues
- Follow installation requirements and maintain a clean work area
- Communicate with customers and team members during projects
- Complete assigned installation and service work
